PRIVACY POLICY

MCR Digital Audio Technologies

General policy — English version Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. CONTROLLER AND SCOPE

Pablo Sebastián Governatori, based in Argentina and operating under the trade name MCR Digital Audio Technologies (“MCR”), is the controller responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy. Address: San Juan 2157, San Cristóbal, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: contact@mcraudiotech.com. Website: https://mcraudiotech.com.

This policy covers the website, newsletter, inquiries, support and, where applicable, the acquisition, delivery, download, and license management of MCR plugins and other software products, whether free or paid.

Features and processing may vary by product and channel. Product- or service-specific notices will supplement this policy with the relevant data, purposes, providers, and requirements. This policy does not state that all plugins collect data or that all work offline.

Any data collection from within a plugin, including telemetry or license validation, must be specifically disclosed before implementation and have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, prior consent. This policy does not by itself authorize access to the User's files, recordings, or projects.

2. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

Where an acquisition or delivery channel requests personal data, the email address and order, product, or license data needed to process the transaction may be processed. If Lemon Squeezy is used, the channel will disclose the specific data required and its applicable terms. Mandatory fields and the consequences of not providing them must be identified before submission. Not all products are assumed to use the same channel.

Technical activation, device, or usage data, if required by a product, will be described in its specific notice before collection; this list does not state that such data is currently collected by all plugins.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address and records associated with your consent, confirmation, and subscription status. Brevo may process technical information associated with form submissions and email delivery, such as dates and times, IP addresses, delivery results, and link interactions.

If you contact MCR by email, we receive your address, message content, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Send only the information necessary to handle your inquiry.

Framer hosts the website and provides technical infrastructure and built-in website statistics. MCR has not installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other additional tracking tools.

3. PURPOSES

Acquisition, delivery, or license data will be used, as applicable to the requested service, to process orders, deliver installers, manage licenses, handle incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Where activation or validation is used, its purpose and necessary data must be detailed in the product notice. Providing data to acquire or receive the Software does not by itself constitute a newsletter subscription or consent to receive advertising.

We use newsletter data to confirm subscriptions, send MCR news and product updates, manage delivery, and honor unsubscribe requests. Inquiry data is used to respond and provide support. Technical information may be used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate website activity.

Newsletter participation is voluntary. You may browse without subscribing. Newsletter messages depend on your consent; withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Other processing must have an appropriate basis under applicable law, such as handling your request or complying with legal obligations.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND UNSUBSCRIBING

The form requests your express consent through a checkbox that is initially unchecked. After submission, you must confirm through the email sent by Brevo before being added to the newsletter list.

You may unsubscribe through the link included in newsletter emails, the unsubscribe link beside the website form, or by writing to contact@mcraudiotech.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; it does not automatically delete all records or prevent responses to necessary support requests or legal matters.

We may retain the minimum information necessary to record withdrawal of consent and prevent further unwanted marketing messages. Deletion requests are handled separately under Section 8.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS

MCR uses Framer for hosting and Brevo for forms, subscription records, and email delivery. Those providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy agreements. Their involvement does not authorize MCR to use data for purposes other than those described.

Email providers involved in correspondence may also process relevant information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request.

Depending on the acquisition or delivery channel, Lemon Squeezy or other authorized sellers or providers may be involved and will be identified in the corresponding process. The channel must disclose which entity manages the transaction, what data it requires, and its privacy terms. Each party’s roles and responsibilities will depend on the service actually contracted.

Brevo is used for the newsletter and the email services described; this policy does not attribute license generation or validation to it. MCR does not request payment card details through the newsletter form. Payment data required by a seller will be handled through the channel identified for the purchase.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Framer, Brevo, and the acquisition or delivery providers used for each product may process information through infrastructure or subprocessors outside Argentina or the User's country of residence. Locations and terms depend on the specific provider and service.

Transfers must comply with applicable law. Depending on the destination and circumstances, an adequacy decision, model contractual clauses recognized by the competent authority, or another legally permissible mechanism may be appropriate.

MCR must verify and document the applicable countries, subprocessors, and mechanisms before making each transfer. This policy does not replace that verification or state that any provider or destination is automatically authorized. You may request information about applicable transfers and safeguards by writing to contact@mcraudiotech.com.

7. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Order, delivery, license, and support data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested service, handle incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, records needed to substantiate transactions or handle claims may be retained for the legally applicable periods. Retention by sellers or providers is also governed by their disclosed responsibilities and terms.

Newsletter data is retained as long as necessary to manage a voluntary subscription. After consent is withdrawn, only data justified by unsubscribe records, evidence of consent, or legal obligations should remain. Inquiry records are retained only for the time needed to resolve the matter and comply with applicable obligations.

Specific retention periods or criteria will be disclosed according to the processing and service concerned. MCR will not retain information indefinitely without a justified purpose. You may request information about retention and deletion using the contact provided in this policy.

MCR uses reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information processed, including restricting access to authorized persons. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You may request access to, rectification, updating, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications, by writing to contact@mcraudiotech.com. Depending on applicable law, other rights may apply, such as objection, restriction, or portability.

MCR may request proportionate information to verify the applicant's identity. Requests will be handled within applicable statutory deadlines and subject to exceptions provided by law.

Under Argentine legislation (Law 25,326): Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless they demonstrate a legitimate interest in doing so, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.

The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Agency for Access to Public Information), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims concerning noncompliance with personal data protection rules: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip/datospersonales.

You may also contact the competent authority in your country where appropriate.

9. COOKIES AND STATISTICS

Framer describes its standard website statistics as a service that does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. That description applies to Framer's standard statistics, not to all possible integrations.

MCR uses Framer and Brevo for the functions described, and Lemon Squeezy or other providers where applicable to the acquisition or delivery channel. The owner has not installed additional advertising or analytics trackers. The description of Framer's standard statistics does not establish Brevo's or Lemon Squeezy's cookie or tracking practices, which must be verified for the flow used. The relevant channel must make information about its cookies and technologies available. If integrations change, MCR will review its practices, update this policy, and obtain any required consent before enabling optional tracking.

10. CHANGES AND CONTACT

MCR will keep this policy consistent with the services and processing actually used. It will communicate material changes where appropriate. Updating this policy does not by itself create consent for new marketing purposes.
